4MM GAS HOSE TO FULL SIZE GAS BOTTLE REGULATOR

Use this gas hose adaptor to convert the small bore gas hose fitted to many hobby welding machines to accept a standard regulator for use with a full size gas bottle.

The 4mm gas hose from the hobby welder simply pushes into the plastic nipple at one end of the adaptor. The other end of the adaptor gas hose has a 3/8″ BSP fitting to accept industry standard regulators.

The smaller, thinner gas hose on entry level welding machines are generally designed for mini regulators and disposable gas bottles. Disposable bottles don’t last very long, work out expensive to replace and lack accuracy with gas flow delivery. By changing to a full size regulator, gas works out cheaper long term and greater accuracy can be achieved with gas delivery over the lifespan of the bottle.
