The SIP 25168 Alleycat P200W-AC ES welder generator is a well priced portable generator welder powered by a Kohler petrol engine. The 14HP Kohler OHV engine has a steel-forged crankshaft, cast iron cylinder bores and tough Stelite faced exhaust valves offering maximum durability. The patented Kohler Quad clean™ keeps engine contamination to a minimum by forcing large particles of contaminants out of the engine. The alleycat generator comes as standard on a wheeled frame with handles for maximum portability and produces an impressive maximum welding output of 200 amps. The 14HP petrol engine provides both an AC welding current range of 60 – 200 amps and a 7 kVA AC generator output. The SIP P200W- AC ES 25168 also features an electric start, a nice feature for ease of starting. The SIP 25167 P200W-AC without electric start is available.

A large 7.3 litre fuel tank provides an approximate run time of 2.8 hours with a reduced fuel consumption thanks to an efficient ignition system.

The AC welding output welds electrode sizes from 1.6 – 5mm and can weld from 1.5 – 8mm in thickness (approximately). An open circuit voltage (OCV) of 45-60v assists with easy arc starting.

A 7 kVA generator output is provided with both a 110V and 230V socket for maximum flexibility, making it perfect for on site work.
