PARWELD NON DESTRUCTIVE WELD TEST KIT

A full NDT kit for crack detection in welded parts.  Included in the kit are x3 400ml aerosols – a cleaner, dye pen and developer, each with instructions to complete the testing process.

Non-destructive testing (NDT) is used in industry to evaluate the properties of a material or component and to identify weld defects or cracks without causing damage to the original part.

Dye penetrant testing uses fluid with a low viscosity applied to the material which seeps into any defects, cracks or porosity.  A developer then allows the penetrant liquid to seep upwards and create a visible indication of the flaw.
