NO.8 GAS LENS CERAMICS FOR WP9 & WP20 TIG TORCHES (PACK OF 10)
A pack of 10 number 8 (1/2 inch bore) gas lens ceramics for use with the popular WP9 and WP20 TIG torches. These alumina gas lens nozzles, commonly referred to as gas lens ceramics direct the shielding gas onto the weld puddle.
Gas lenses concentrate the shielding gas more efficiently providing better gas coverage over the weld. If a gas lens is to be used, the appropriate gas lens ceramic must also be used to accommodate it. Easily interchangeable on the TIG torch, these are consumable parts to be changed when worn or damaged to ensure an unobstructed flow of shielding gas.
This WP9 gas lens ceramic can also be used in conjunction with the stubby gas lens on a WP17, WP18 or WP26 TIG torch.
