The MOSA TS 600 PS BC is a water cooled engine driven welder generator.  With super silenced canopy,  this machine provides up to 600 amps of electronically controlled DC welding output at an impressive 60% duty cycle. A quality Perkins 1103A – 33TG1 engine powers this generator welder and a three phase asynchronous alternator generates 40kVA three phase power and 15kVA single phase power.

Thanks to the lower engine speed of 1500 RPM, the Perkins engine and an asynchronous alternator, this geni welder is suitable for continuous operation in all conditions and can be used simultaneously as a welder and generator.

The TS 600 PS-BC is designed to satisfy the requirements of professional welding with direct current and can weld any kind of electrode (rutile, basic, cellulose) up to 8 mm in diameter. The characteristic BC (base current) is particularly suitable for vertical down pipe welding.

The Mosa TS 600 has a dual range function and an open circuit voltage of 75V. Incorporated in this model is a 12V battery, a battery charge indicator and this machine benefits from an electric start.

An advantage of this welder generator is its’ diesel.  A PERKINS engine which runs to a high specification and is very efficient with a fuel consumption of 6 litres per hour. The engine output is 45.6 kW (62 hp) and has the capacity to generate an accessible speed of 1500 rpm.
It is a super-silenced engine-driven welder with canopy. It can function simultaneously as a welder and as a three-phase and single-phase electrical generator.

With a weight of 1025kg, this TS 600 PS BC welder is also EEC noise compliant.

Equipped with all the usual TS series features including thermal shut off, auto idle function, emergency stop button and stepless control.

Suitable for a wide range of uses including mobile welding, site fabrication, maintenance and pipeline construction.
