Description

JASIC EVO Foot Pedal Wired (FRC-01)

A wired foot control compatible with the Jasic EVO TIG and MIG welders.  Supplied with a 5 metre cable and a 9 pin plug, ready to connect to your Jasic EVO series TIG or MIG inverter for ultimate hands free arc control.

Providing a convenient hands free method for the welder to control the amperage during the welding process as a result of the potentiometer control built into the Jasic EVO Foot Pedal.  It is especially beneficial when TIG welding with Aluminium because it allows the user to depress the pedal at the start of the weld in order to deliver more amperage when forming the weld puddle.  Furthermore, the operator can then decrease the power towards the end of the weld once the metal workpiece has become heated.  Backing off of the pedal at the end of the weld can also help prevent fish eyes in the weld which can become weak points and increase the chances of the weld cracking.
