GYS TIG 250 AC/DC TIG WELDING INVERTER – WATER COOLED

A three phase AC/DC TIG welding inverter, the GYS TIG 250 AC/DC is a professional water cooled power source.

The GYS TIG 250 AC/DC is an industrial TIG inverter featuring a high duty cycle thanks to the integrated water cooler.  Excellent arc characteristics on steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminium alloys.  Its reinforced steel casing is ideal for on-site work and its advanced cooling mode gives the highest duty cycle.  Fan less technology protects against dust ingress.

 

PROFESSIONAL INTERFACE

• 5.7” TFT display screen offering large information readability : current, thickness, welding mode, etc.
• 2 control knobs to easily navigate through the different menus.

SYNERGIC MODE

• Simplified mode which offers automatic configuration of welding parameters tailored to the users’ requirements.
• Simply enter 4 settings: • metal • assembly type • electrode diameter • thickness of the metal to weld.

MANUAL MODE

Full control of all settings for experienced welders to tweak for different welding requirements.  A memory of 250 parameters can be set for easy recall for repeat welding applications.

EXCEPTIONAL WATER COOLING

The internal electronics are cooled by an advanced system with no fan required giving the added advantage of protection from dust ingress

 

ROBUST DESIGN

The casing is reinforced by an external aluminium structure to allow safe lifting without damaging the machine.

An easy to set up trolley (optional) enables conversion into a transportable unit with a 10m³ gas bottle support.

TWO MMA MODES

Easy mode or PRO mode with access to every parameter

 

The machine benefits from 2T and 4T functionality so the user is offered more dexterity and decreased fatigue during welding producing cleaner and more accurate results. In 2T, press the button to begin the weld and release to stop. In 4T, press the button on the torch to start the weld, release, then press the button again to stop.
