The Exact PipeBevel 220 is the perfect portable power tool for on site welding applications. Easily make fast and incredibly accurate bevels, ready for subsequent welding in a variety of materials including steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Perfect for pairing with an Exact PipeCut system – the user interface is very similar and when combined, the results are very accurate to allow easy joining. Armed with 3 cutting head tips, with each having 4 cutting edges to rotate once becoming blunt, so its economical to use.

Cutting heads available in the most common bevelling angles, 30°, 37.5º and 45º. A stopper feature allows the operator to also make additional bevels to the same pipe outside diameter.

Pipe bevelling is significantly faster and more accurate compared to traditional methods. The resulting surfaces are Exact, precise and of uniform quality meaning the pipes are ready for joining right away.
