COMPLETE GREEN WELDING CURTAIN KIT INC CURTAIN AND FRAME | 6x8FT

A frame and green PVC curtain set for easy assembly of a welding bay or screened off welding area. The metal frame is self standing and on castors, perfect for creating welding screened areas.

Curtain hangs on nylon ties via a series of eyelets and slides across the rail like a shower curtain. Stable via two dual-sided tubular feet and able to use as a 6ft by 8ft welding screen. Curtain supplied is compliant with BS EN ISO 25980 and measures 6′ x 8′. The frame is completely self supporting.

The use of welding curtains is very important when setting up a welding area in a larger room. The curtain protects persons nearby from the light generated from the welding arc and also provide protection from flying debris that can be generated in grinding applications too.

The Lo-Vis green curtain provides protection from UV and IR from the welding arc, as well as sparks and spatter, and provides a view of the operator when illuminated by arc light. This differs from the Hi-vis amber variation in that the amber curtain provides a good view of the operator’s activity behind the curtain at all times.
