Clean Space 2 Respirator – Breathing activated PAPR system

The Cleanspace2 respirator is a lightweight, positive pressure PAPR breathing system designed to work in conjunction with a standard welding helmet. Use your favourite welding helmet with these units! With the battery and filters mounted at the back of the head, the user experiences a more balanced weight distribution. Welding helmet weight at the front of the head and cleanspace at the back of the head to prevent neck fatigue and increase comfort.

Need to adjust or fit your work piece ready for the next weld? Flip up your welding helmet and still be protected from fume without having to look through a grinding lens.

Need to protect non welding staff exposed to fume – these are the perfect solution.

The main feature that makes this system unique is that it is breathing-activated. Rather than having the machine constantly running, the motor is activated by your breathing, saving battery and ensuring maximum comfort.

With no exposed wires, cables, battery packs, or hoses, this respirator is the perfect breathing protection solution. Robust and resilient, this equipment can handle even the toughest working environments. Battery life of up to 8 hours while in use, with no servicing or maintenance. For greater protection, there are particulate and gas filters available with this system. Uncomplicated design made with minimal parts.

WARNING: CleanSpace Respirators are designed to be worn in environments where there is sufficient oxygen to breathe safely. DO NOT USE the CleanSpace Respirators in IDLH, or Oxygen enriched or deficient environments. CleanSpace2 can’t protect against gases/vapours that cannot be filtered.
