Replacement or spare MIG torch liner for the popular Binzel or Binzel style MIG torch used by many manufacturers.
Liners are where the MIG wire passes through from the machine and out through the contact tip on the MIG torch. Typically, a steel coiled liner, is used for steel MIG wires. These liners are strong, resist buckling and have a long life.
A Teflon liner is generally used when using Aluminium MIG wire. Teflon liners produce less friction than their steel counterparts which is beneficial when using a soft metal like aluminium, which can be prone to catching. The use of steel liners with Aluminium wire can also cause problems from contamination. The aluminium wire can pick up traces of steel from the liner whilst passing through which may contaminate the weld.
A liner can be the cause of poor electrode wire feed due to wear or kinks in its length. The liner used should match the wire size to ensure smooth passage of the wire through the MIG torches liner.

Binzel or Binzel style euro torches are often supplied by many manufacturers due to the wide availability of spare parts.
