AMA PIPE STAND TYPE B | V-SHAPED STAINLESS STEEL ROLLER STAND
The Type B Pipe stand from AMA is a simply designed pipe support rest for stainless steel pipe welding and cutting. With use of the stand and the adjustable ball rollers, pipe up to 560KG in weight can be turned or moved over the stand effortlessly.
The frame of the stand is made from zinc-coated steel. Height adjustable via a crank and threaded bar in the centre of the stand and two extendable legs secured with wingnuts. Two wing nut fittings on the legs of the stand account for uneven floor.
Fitted with a unique V shaped pipe support head with a set of stainless steel ball rollers secured in bearing housings, where it fits into one of three holes on each side. Each ball bearing fitting is connected to the head of the stand by a chain so that you won’t lose it. Simply place the roller ball into a hole to suit the pipe being supported.
