TBWS Welding Supplies Ltd strive to get your orders to you as soon as possible at the lowest cost possible too. We have chosen to use APC Overnight for most* deliveries for this very reason. On the day of your order you will receive an email invoice also stating the delivery service used.
One of the worst things we find as a consumer, is going to check out on an online store, only to find out that carriage is expensive. Unfortunately, as a retailer we need to charge it for smaller orders but we also have the power to keep the charges down as much as possible. Therefore, we don’t use any fancy branded boxes or tapes. We use recycled packaging wherever possible and basic tape, which also does our bit for the environment too. In fact, our wastage is very low here as a result.
Don’t worry though, your Parcels are always wrapped with care to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition!
Small – Medium Parcels
For most orders we will use either APC, Parcel Force or FedEx which are all next day delivery services. Tracking is available for all of these services and any deliveries made by APC will have the tracking sent to you when we book the delivery. Mostly, our delivery charge is £5.75 + VAT.
Large and Heavy Parcels
Larger machines may need to be sent via a pallet network delivery service. Most of our machines will have the delivery timescale on their listing and largely, the service is next day. For heavier machines such as air compressors, delivery may take 2 days.
Special Deliveries
We are also able to offer pre 10.30AM, pre 12AM and Saturday deliveries by arrangement. If you desperately need your welding supplies, feel free to ask and we will quote for a speedier delivery service.
Extra Delivery Information
In the event of longer delays, we may be able to offer alternatives (this would never be substituted without asking first) or we would advise you to keep you informed.
If you are in doubt of a delivery timescale, feel free to ask us and we will be happy to confirm a delivery date for you.
Unfortunately, there are occasions, when deliveries take a little longer than expected due to circumstances out of our control. Luckily, these are fairly few and far between, thanks to our chosen delivery services, but In these instances, we would work with you and the courier to get things resolved as quickly as possible.
